I always have all my mobile texts at least 5gb of internet left and landline calls left each month when my membership is up...its very unfair that I lose this and have to pay for more when it hasnt been used!! You have also cut the mobile minutes dramatically in the don membership.. I am thinking about going to another network as the reception isn't always great either.. I am a customer well over 2 years

Maybe contact 48 support and let them know about your issues/complaints?
