bought 10 euro credit , entered the top up code , but when i go to call someone it tells me i have no credit

Do you have an active Membership?
Have you logged in and looked at your Balance on your Membership page to see if the credit shows on your balance?
48 is different to other Network Provider's in the sense you are required to have a current Membership to avail of the service.
