membership issue

bought membership an hr ago and still havent received it. i am unlocked, filled in everything correctly and transaction has went through. however it is still waiting and i have been refreshing the page for ages. what can i do to fix this?

Gifted a top up but it still hasn't come through to the recipient's account...
Probably need to contact 48 support.
