hi i moved my old number to 48, now i would like a new unknown number from 48,how can i do this

You probably need to contact 48 support about this:

 

http://www.48months.ie/help#ask-a-48-agent

 

Note that if you don't first port your current number from 48 to another carrier then you will probably lose it altogether - just in case you need to retain it.
