I got a plan and after first month it said I have no data and i need a plan, Does it not automatically take out of my bank every month?

If you register your payment card details on your account and enable membership plan auto-renewal then it will renew automatically.
You'll probably need to renew your membership manually for this month even if you enable auto-renewal now.
If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

Actually, according to this auto-renewal should be on by default:
Auto-renew allows you to set up a monthly recurring payment to renew your plan automatically. As we're a Prepay service you need to purchase your plan monthly to continue to receive the allowance you want. Auto-renew takes the manual effort out of buying a plan so you're never without your allowance. Auto-renew is on by default for all new customers after you buy your first plan. To turn this off, go to ‘My Profile’ and then to ‘Payment Details’. Just a heads up, ‘Payment Details’ can only be added or edited through the web version of your My48 account.
But maybe you didn't agree to save your payment card details on your account when you purchased your first membership plan and so auto-renewal couldn't work thereafter?
