"reaching my plan" and "it went twice and defected twic[e?]" don't really make much sense.
If the issue is that you inadvertently bought two membership plans instead of one then that shouldn't be a problem as the extra one should stack on your account to kick in when the first one runs it's course and expires.
As such, you should've have lost out.
However if that's not the issue then please explain more clearly and in more detail what the issue is.
