Used up plan data allowance, bought new plan, still no data

I used up this months 200gb. I bought a new plan but the data still says i have 0gb left. It also says i have 0 credit.

If you use up your membership plan's data allowance before the membership month is up then you need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data to continue using mobile data for the remainder of the membership plan month.

Buying a new membership plan won't help. It will simply stack on your account to kick in when the current membership plan eventually expires. You'll see it listed as an upcoming membership plan on your Buy Plan page:

Membership plans always run their full monthly course and it's not possible to end one and start another early.
