Unable to renew my plan shows plan in progress but I didnt do anything still

This happens from time to time for some users for some reason. 

Nobody here on the Community Forum then will be about to do anything about it. 

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.

Is this the same issue that you were having a month ago? 

Difficult to tell because you never replied in that thread.

What happened back then?
