Trying to top up but it says "contact care"

I can't top up my phone as it's saying contact care ?! Never had this problem before

Is "contact care" the full error message?

These payment issues seem to occur sporadically from time to time for dinner reason.

You'll probably need to contact 48 support to get them to look into it and fix it.
