I have just activated my daughter’s SIM card but when I try to activate the new payment plan, it says “service is unavailable. Try again later.” I have been trying for 40 mins and have followed all instructions on the email. Once I got through to the insert card details page but it wouldn’t let me input any numbers. Very frustrating

I think that there was a problem with the website earlier this morning.
I couldn't log in a few hours ago.
Have you tried again?
If it's still not working for you then you'll probably have to contact 48 support for assistance.
