Hi I tried to buy Data topup yesterday 4 GB but after the transaction it did not appear on my account - I thought it must not have gone thru so I downloaded the 48months app and bought 3x1GB credit - this appeared on my account alright but on checking my bank statement today there is a E12 charge (which I can assume is for the initial 4GB purchase and then 3 x E3 for the additional purchases. Only 3GB has been credited. Can you check this out please I would like a refund for the 4GB that has not appeared on account. Thank you

What does your My 48 account page show for your data allowance?
If you need some of the add-ons refunded then you probably need to contact 48 support and ask them what they can do for you.
