I just joined 48, and registered my sim using my student email address but I've only received a €10 uber eats voucher but the terms and conditions state new student members will receive a €20 uber eats voucher.. Who do I contact to receive the correct voucher? #brokestudent

Are you sure that you met all the relevant criteria?

Helen, 

 

The vouchers they sent me via email don't even work. I checked all the T&C's. It's been over a month since I contacted them. Every response I get is from someone who obviously hasn't read the complaint and never addresses the issue. You're wasting your time, they will never give it.
