Hi!

 

I ordered a SIM card using my university email address. The offer says that I would pay a 10,99 student membership. I've received the SIM card, and now I want to buy the membership but the only option available is the 12,99 membership. I've tried going directly to membership sutdent but it redirects me to this page where the only option is to buy the 12,99 membership.

Also, I would like to know for how long this SIM card would receive calls (without having the membership) or if it expires at some point.

If the €10.99 membership is not available to you as an option when buying membership then you'll have to contact 48 support and ask them to look into it.

The SIM should be able to receive calls for 6 months after which, if you still haven't bought a membership, the SIM will become deactivated.
