Sim only, no membership

I'm planning to use a 48 sim to get a gps tracker working, so ideally it woul only send an handful of messages a month.

How much would cost sending texts from 48 without having to pay a full membership?

You can't send messages, make calls or use data without having a membership.

There's no option to just pay as you go for occasional use.
