Sim not working

Sim not working it’s saying I have a purchase plan in progress and it takes 5 minutes to process. It’s been a day now

When was it working ok last? 

If it's constantly telling you that the plan purchase is in progress but it's not getting any further after a day or more then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance.
