Signed up for student offer but being charged €12.99

i have signed up with student and have got a student offer, while paying it shows 12.99. 
pls help me solve this problem

Are you sure that your student email address is one of the qualifying ones?

c) Eligible email domains of third level institution will be according to those outlined by the Irish Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science as of 4th June 2021 and published at https://www.gov.ie/en/service/colleges-and-universities-in-ireland/

If it is and you signed up for the student offer as outlined here then you should be getting the student membership plan for €10.99 automatically:
