I had the Guido membership a few weeks ago and was abroad and it stopped working after a few days. I had no service and couldn’t even recieve calls or texts. I’m going abroad again in a couple of days and just wanted to make sure this wouldn’t happen again.

Where were you abroad?

EU or elsewhere?

 

If it stopped working then perhaps it was a simple case of having used up the allowance balances?

Although I'm not sure that this should impact incoming calls and texts...

 

You probably need to contact 48 support about this.

I don't think that anybody here on the community forum can offer the guarantee that you're looking for.
