I was on the €10pm plan. My debit card was replaced and direct debit fid not go through in Aug or Sept. Can you please help get reset up on that plan as I do not need any data- just calls

I presume you mean that auto-renewal failed because your card expired?
In that case just update your registered card details with the correct details, ensure that auto-renewal is still enabled and, for this month, buy your membership manually and then auto-renewal will kick in advance next month.
There's also no €10 p.m. membership plan. I presume you meant €10.99?
