You mean that you had to renew manually for the past few months using the same card that's registered on your account?
And those manual purchases went through ok without any errors?
Did you receive any messages/emails when auto-renewal failed?
If so then what did they say?
Maybe delete your registered card details and add them again and re-enable auto-renewal and see if that makes any difference?
