Referred 2 new members and no credit applied

Anyone any idea how long this is supposed to take? Referred 2 new members and they signed up with the link and a week later no sign of the credit. To top it off, web chat is not working, any idea what else I can do?

Shouldn't take that long as far as I recall.
You should contact 48 support about this matter.
