Referral rewards not working

Hi, Just so you are aware, the 48 rewards system not working. Notice every second post here is about rewards not working and people not getting the credit. I got my sister and wife to join using invite email and 48 claim they don't see referral. SO PLEASE BEWARE OF THEIR REFERRAL SCHEME. ITS SIMPLY NOT WORKING.

Very same happened me. They are telling me I didnt do it right for my 80 year old mother. I am a new customer and so is she. I asked them 7 days ago about it and was told they'd escalate it. I got a text yesterday evening to say I'm not entitled to it. I went on the chat for a full hour and was told that they investigated twice. They are still saying it was done wrong even though I followed the steps that they gave me.

Exactly the same issue... Chat bot keeps timing out - tries for 10 days... got through and copied an pasted all the information regarding my issue - still got a run-around.... Total fraud.

Thankfully I'm escalating this to trading standards (have a quick way in)

Trading Standards are a UK organisation who have no jurisdiction here in Ireland.

Why don't you just contact 48 support by email to get to the bottom of this?
