Recharge error

I have recharge for now but it is not showing in my app and it still shows I need to buy plan but on my bank account money is deducted. So how is this possible.?

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

Does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan?

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?

What services are/aren't working? 

Incoming/outgoing calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

What happens when you try to make a call or send a text? 

Any error messages?

You'll most likely have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
