Port number over

Tried number of times to contact agent. When i do finally get one they cant help!!! Cant port number over so they to ring current provider... did and it is 48months job to port over not Three. Being charged bt 48 and not even on their network.

Did you fill in the porting form with the correct details and get the porting security text to your old number/SIM?

What happened then?
