What are the symptoms of the problem?
When did you last successfully buy a membership plan?
What happens when you use this link to try to buy one now?
Any error messages?
If your account/number has become suspended because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with getting it working again.
