Plan ends in 5 days, used up data, new plan not starting yet

i have tried three times to but plan , app says i have paid now for three months , but doesnt start until 5th february ; however on app says five days left and on my daughters 48 app it is differnet , both app relate to her phone number as i parent used my email to register her phone 

my daughter used boost for €3 which worked for one day and so repeated boost top up today but both times on my bank card the €3 is pending twice  therefore this total €12 which is more than the €10.99 plan we have bought 

my problem is why is her phone not updating the plan and we do not want to wait to 5th February , i would like some credit back for the inconvenience

If the current membership plan doesn't expire until 5th February and the mobile data allowance has been used up then the only thing that can be done is to buy mobile data add-ons to continue using mobile data until the new membership plan kicks in. 

You can't end a membership plan and start a new one early.

They always run their full monthly course. 

If the mobile data allowance is habitually being used to before the end of the membership month then it might make sense to switch to the €12.99 plan which comes with unlimited data.

I doubt that they'll offer you any refund for the data add-ons purchased because it sounds like things are working as designed.

However parts of your post add difficult to understand so maybe I'm missing something...
