I have credit on my account. My plan is expired. Why doesn't my account just top up automatically ?

Do you mean cash credit on your account?

Membership plan auto-renewal doesn't use cash credit. 

It always charges the price of a membership plan renewal to the registered payment card. 

If you want to buy a membership plan using cash credit on your account then you need to do it manually. 

As long as the cash credit amount on your account is equal to or greater than the cost of your selected membership plan you should get the option to pay for it using cash credit rather than bank card at checkout time.
