Paid twice for my membership

I paid twice for my membership by accident when I was upgrading contracts, how can I get a refund? Thanks

If you inadvertently bought two memberships then the second one will be on your account and kick in when the first one runs its full monthly course and expires.

So you won't have lost out at all 

 

If you mean that you were charged twice for a single membership and are due a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support.
