What do you mean "do not have credit"?
Do you mean cash credit?
If you bought a membership plan for €12.99 then that amount will not appear on your account as cash credit as it has been used to pay for the membership plan.
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
When was everything working ok last?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens?
If you do have a network connection then what is/isn't working?
Incoming/outgoing calls? Incoming/outgoing texts? Mobile data?
If something isn't working then what happens when you try to use it?
Any error messages?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
