I've contacted 48months and no reply, i think they are trying to take my money. I would like it if someone knew of any other instance as to why it is not working!!

What is the full error?
Where did it appear?
48 don't take money from you unless you tell then to do so.
This includes registering your card details on your account and enabling auto membership renewal.
Do you have that enabled?
If so could your card have expired or changed so that the registered details are no longer valid?
When did you contact support?
If it was yesterday evening then they were probably already offline and are back online today and will probably get back to you.
