Hi, signed up to 48 almost two and a half years ago on €10.99 a month plan. Recently had to update payment details as bank card was renewed. Now its not letting me auto-renew payment as I was doing all along, says I have no plan. How can that be and how can I rectify it?

Can't you just manually buy the €10.99 plan for this month and then auto-renewal will take care of it from next month on?
If auto-renewal misses a month because the card details are invalid and need to be updated then I think you have to get back on track by manually buying a membership plan before auto-renewal kicks in again thereafter.
