Did you activate the replacement SIM?
What exactly is happening?
What messages are you getting on the phone?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then can you do a manual scan for networks and connect to 48?
Is anything working?
Calls, texts, mobile data?
What make and model is the phone?
