There's no need to post multiple times about the same issue.
Your friend should contact 48 support about this issue.

They will only deal with the account holder so you won't be able to contact them on their behalf.
It's not a good idea to post personal details such as their phone number in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it.
You should probably edit your post to remove your friend's phone number.

I've already told you that your friend needs to contact 48 support and provided links to facilitate this.
There's no need to keep posting about the same issue and creating multiple redundant threads.
