My free Watts app messages doesn't work when my data runs out on my plan before plan expires

I don't know what the Free Watts app is (some electricity provider app perhaps?) but...

If you use up your membership data allowance before the membership month is up then you need to buy a data add-on or maybe use Flexi Data to get more data to use for the remainder of the membership month.
