Moving from 48 - specify prepaid not bill pay

If moving from 48 to eir tell them you are prepaid even if you are bill pay. 48 do not have account numbers and eir kept asking for my account number. The solution was to say you are prepaid.

48 is by definition prepaid and not bill pay so it would never make sense to specify the latter.
