Move old number

Hello I want to move mu old number but i all the time get this message "From 48: Your port to 48 was rejected due to an incorrect account type. Please contact your provider to confirm your details, then resubmit your request on My48>MyProfile>Move Your number"

Seems pretty obvious to me - you've entered something incorrect in the porting form. 

You need to check with your old provider and make sure to enter the correct details for the number porting to work. 

The error that you're getting happens if you enter something like unregistered prepay instead of registered prepay, or prepay instead of bill pay, etc.
