Check your online account.
My guess is that your current membership has not yet expired so the newly purchased membership has stacked to kick in when the current membership eventually expires.
A newly purchased membership does not start immediately if there is a current membership in place which has time left to run.
But you will be charged up front for the new membership which then stacks as explained above.
All memberships always run their full monthly course. If you use up membership allowances before the membership month is up then you need to buy add-ons and not a new membership to be able to use the relevant services.
Hope this helps.

I got a text from 1745 to say that my membership for phone number 0872504346 had expired so I topped up from my visa card by 60 euro but it hasn't come into my phone yet. Could you please check it for me as I'm urgently in need of using my phone. Thank you.

The usual questions apply...
Did you just topup your cash credit balance?
This is not the same as buying membership/add-ons.
What is your cash credit balance now?
Check on your online account or dial *100# and hit call.
What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases?
http://www.48months.ie/my-48/my-history
What does your online account say about your current membership and expiry date?
If, for example, it expires today (14th August) then that means tonight at midnight and any newly purchased membership will not start until then (or whenever your current membership expires).
If you use up current membership allowances then you need add-ons to tide you over to the end of the membership month - a new membership will not help until the current one expires.
Hope this helps.
P.S. probably not a great idea to post your phone number in a public forum. Especially when 48 support never contact customers by phone.

Did you read my reply?
If you could provide answers to some of the questions that I asked then we might get somewhere.
If not then you'll have to take it up with 48 support by contacting them here and that might take longer:

Hope this helps.

Most likely you bought memberships which have stacked because you have a current membership which has not yet expired.
Your online account will clarify.
What does your My 48 page say about your current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?
What does the Membership Planner section on the right hand side of the page say about stacked/next memberships and start dates?
What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases?

Buying a new membership doesn't mean that it starts immediately.
If there's a current membership in place then the new membership stacks to kick in when the current one eventually expires.
If you use up membership allowances before the membership month is up then you need to buy add-ons and not a new membership in order to be able to use services again:

Hope this helps.
