High phone service stopped during Christmas holidays and I realised it was that I changed my bank card but forget to changed the declaims on my 48account ,eventually I changed the details when i figured what had happened , the problem is that I’m not getting my service back ? Why is this the case

After updating your payment card details in such circumstances you need to buy your next membership plan manually before auto-renewal will kick in again from the following month. 

Auto-renewal doesn't retry after a failed payment even when you update the payment card details.

You need to kick start it again by making a manual purchase of a membership plan.
