My membership was working just fine. I had a huge amount of data left. All of a sudden it says that it has expired. How could this happen if I had lots of data left. 48 messaged me saying that something is up with my membership. Please can someone tell me what happened?

You'll have to contact 48 support about this.
Only they will be able to look into it and hopefully fix it.
