What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your most recent payment?
What exactly is/isn't working for you?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Incoming/outgoing calls?
Incoming/outgoing texts?
Mobile data?
When was everything working ok for you last?
