Bought membership for a friend yesterday, still no sign, any ideas ?

You need to post more info.

What does their My 48 account web page say about their current membership satus, expiry date, allowance balances and does it list any "next" memberhsip and start date under the Membership Planner section?

What does your/their My History page say about recent payments/purchases?

What chance that they have a current membership that has not yet expired and the newly purchased memberhip has stacked to kick in when that one expires?

Remember that buying a new membership doesn't terminate a current membership prematurely.

All memberships run their full monthly course before they expire - even if the membership allowance balances are used up before the membership month is up.

It says membership status 'unpaid' and he hasn't topped up in a little while, so I topped him up yesterday, still nothin , do you need the phone number to check ?

When you say topped up what exactly do you mean?

You topped up their cash credit balance?

Or you bought membership for them?

If you topped up the cash credit balance is the cash credit showing on their account?

If you bought a membership and it's not appearing on their account then are you sure that you entered the correct phone number when you made the purchase?

What does your My History page show?

I bought a membership for him, there is money in the balance but not enough to buy membership, I prob will have to contact support, thanks for your help though 👍👍

What does your My History page show?

Are you sure that you didn't inadvertently put in the wrong phone number when buying membership for somebody else?
