What does your Buy Plan page say about any upcoming membership plans?
What does your Transactions page say about recent purchases?
I've had one case of a membership purchase being listed as failed (multiple times for some reason) on the Transactions page but the money having been taken and the membership correctly being listed as "upcoming" on the Buy Plan page in case that's the case here too?
