Membership not expired but not active

Hi,

 

I ported my number yesterday and it was working fine but now it is saying my membership has expired and to renew even though my48 is saying 29 days left.

 

Why don't you have a phone number I can call as I need to sort this immediately. I can't make calls or use data.

I have the same problem. I ported yesterday eventually after umpteen attempts. Even though my plan is active when i try to make a call i am told my "monthly membership has run out and its time to buy a new one". I was on to support via webchat and they cant sort it either. They told me they would flag it and it would take 3 to 5 working days

That's weird that they say that they can't sort it out. If they can't then nobody can. ☹️
