Your post doesn't make much sense @anitagil.

What do you mean by "membership" and "is my account ok?"?

If you are having a problem then you need to describe it clearly if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What are you trying to do, exactly what steps are you taking, what goes wrong, any error messages etc.?
