Membership can’t get

Hi! I bought membership few hours ago and can’t get, what’s problem? Bank shows transaction happened

Is this your first membership or have you had membership before this?

What does your My48 account page say about your membership status and how many days are left (if any)?

Note that if you have an active membership and buy a new one then the new one doesn't start until the current one runs its full monthly course and expires - even if you have used up your monthly allowances.
