I have topped up 12.99, don't get any data

I just topped up 12.99, but I don't receive any data so far and no date show in my account.

I presume that "topped up €12.99" means that you bought a €12.99 membership plan?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Maybe your current membership hasn't expired yet so the new membership has stacked on your account to start when the current one eventually expires?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and end date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?

If you use up your membership data allowance before the membership month is up and want to continue using mobile data then you need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data allowance:
