I cant buy a membership at all or add any fund

Since like last week I swapped my physical sim over to 48 and transferred my phone number as well succesfully. I used my 1gb data free and tried purchasing a membership, verified the payment on my account. Didnt work. I went to support multiple times throughout the last 2 weeks. I was told to wait between 1/2 days for my issue to be resolved, even after waiting 4 days i got no response, they then opened up another ticket and said to wait 2-4 days, its been 4 days and no response and now im being told to wait 1-5 days again.  Genuinely never had this problem before, It doesnt matter what card I use, which browser, etc... Anything to do with my account is payment locked or something. I've attempted to gift myself the membership, add credits etc... nothing    If anyone knows a fix I'd be glad but actual support has been fairly useless. Lots of waiting but nothing actually being done

They really should be able to offer you better support than what you describe above.

thanks will try this because so far support agents have been useless and i haven’t gotten any messages from the tickets they’ve apparently opened
