Hi I am trying to buy my unlimited plan and it keeps saying you already have a plan wait five minutes but I wait 25m and I uninstalled the app and got it again and I still can’t get my plan

What happens if you try to buy a membership plan here using the web interface rather than the app?

If you get the same problem there then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance.
