In that case you should see two membership plans on your account.
Either an active one on your My48 account Dashboard:
And another upcoming plan on your Buy Plan page:
Or else two upcoming plans on your Buy Plan page.
In which case you don't lose out because the plans will kick in sequentially over the next couple of months.
If you don't see that or you are looking for a refund for the second plan purchase then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.
