Every month I'm running out of credit

Hi 

I have my membership to be automated every month, but every month I have the same problem that I run out of credit, why is that? I feel that I am paying 2 for my phone, I can't get in tough with anyone in 48 to explain this and I'm really get p****d off with them.

What do you mean by "run out of credit"?

Credit for what? 

Calls, texts, mobile data? 

What exactly is the symptom of the problem when it happens? 

Any error messages?

What do you mean by "I am paying 2 for my phone"?

You can't have more than one active membership plan in any 30 day period.

What membership plan are you on?

The €12.99 one offers the most generous allowances.
