The following message "could not initiate Secured Payments. Please try later" keeps coming up when I try to update bank card details as the other card is expired.

Does it happen when you use this link?
You'll probably have to contact 48 support about this.
Nobody here on the Community Forum is going to have any insight into why it's happening.
